Annual Assessment Reports
In preparation for the September 1st program report deadline, ATL staff worked with program assessment coordinators over the summer to support assessment planning, implementation, and report writing. We reviewed early report drafts and provided feedback, and we created toolkits to aid program reporting. A big thanks to those programs that let us share their assessment reports or highlights.
After September 1st, ATL will have a short turnaround time in which to compile and analyze program reports for the colleges and Provost’s Office, the Board of Regents, and the NWCCU (our regional accrediting organization). Assessment work by programs will help WSU respond to Recommendation 2, the NWCCU’s requirement that WSU:
- Enhance and strengthen its assessment process and systems
- Extend assessment processes to all academic programs, including graduate programs and branch campuses
